However, a good rule of thumb is to stretch both before and after your workouts. In group classes, this is often overlooked due to time constraints, making your personal stretch routine crucial for preventing injuries, speeding up recovery, and boosting performance.

If you're not giving stretching the attention it deserves, you're missing out on a prime opportunity for peak performance. Now, when it comes to selecting the right package for you, here's what I usually recommend: If you're serious about making a lasting impact on your performance, recovery, and flexibility, the 'Monthly Coaching Package' might be your best bet. This comprehensive package includes four 60-minute one-on-one assisted stretch sessions, two 30-minute express sessions, and two 20-minute virtual sessions.

In a month, that's a total of eight sessions dedicated to helping you reach your goals. The 60-minute sessions are the heart of our work, focusing on an overall stretch. The 30-minute sessions are great for targeting specific problem areas, while the 20-minute virtual sessions guide you on a personalized stretch routine you can do on your own—perfect for those days when making it to the studio is a challenge, especially for us busy parents.

However, I understand that a monthly commitment might not suit everyone. That's why we have a 'Twice Monthly Package' where you get two 45-minute one-on-one stretch sessions in the studio—a more flexible option for those who want to dip their toes into consistent stretching without the full monthly commitment.
